We’ve moved away from traditional classroom training. At the Academy, you don’t just study; you perform. You will work side-by-side with our core members in rehearsals, concerts, and recordings, engaging directly with our artistic process as a peer.

"In 2020, during my second year of studies at the conservatoire, I took part in my first project with Il Gardellino. I remember leaving the first rehearsal completely dazzled: a level of cohesion and fluidity I had never experienced before, along with a remarkable musicality and sensitivity. That experience allowed me to grow faster and enriched me — not only on a human level, as they are wonderful people, but also musically through the quality of their projects and collaborations. It instilled in me qualities that I carry throughout my professional career: learning to blend into a collective sound, being reactive and truly listening. Since then, my collaboration with the ensemble has continued to grow, and today I have the privilege of being one of their regular violinists."
